The owners are people who truly have a passion for helping people and pets. Customers are not priced out of an affordable storage unit and I love how they accept pet food donations because of their love for animals, and will in-turn deduct the cost of the pet food from that month's storage fee. Excellent storage facility and Wonderful staff.

i found the Norris's to be exceptionally helpful and friendly, even when I forgot my passcode! They gave security tip to not write my codes on the business card. The area is well-lit and gates secure. I feel comfortable as a woman being there at night and love the hours the unit is accessible--I can come before work or late at night. The price was the best I found and was a snap to reserve the unit on-line!

Manager Pack and Stack Ft Worth
First customer never showed on original reserve date. And when he did show up we told him the truck was in use and may be back on Monday. he shows up early Monday morning but truck was not available. He wanted the truck before renting a space and we do not provide free truck rental before renting a space. There was no promise of a reserved space or truck for Mr Lawler since he never showed on his scheduled reservation.
