Everything was a smooth process

My experience was so far so good although they said they would be carts there to be able to load my stuff onto to take it to my storage unit and there was no cards to be found and when I am a first applied for the the unit I was supposed to have been sent to a unit to a storage place closer to my house and I wasn't I was sent 30 minutes away but I have only been there one day and so far it's been a good experience

Great Customer Service! This is the first facility Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve rented at that has you drive into the bays to access your storage space! No more having to worry about what the weather is like to go access your space. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very clean.

The price i received after using SELFSTORAGE.COM HELPED SOOO MUCH and was a great deal first thing first, the place itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s self is clean but not 100% The customer service is very helpful but unfortunately almost never to be found but beside that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a good storage place

Nice temperatured area. They were kind enough to assist me in my situation. They are short staffed and only one person is there at s as time and sometimes they are hard to locate when you need a moving cart.

After I made the mistake of unloading my boxes infront of the wrong unit, MELISSA (front desk coordinator) was a superstar and changed my unit in a jiffy so I wouldn't have to move everything over! Melissa was super kind and helpful and I couldn't be more grateful :) THANK YOU MELISSA!
