I reserved my storage online, it was fast and quick. I got to facility and was greeting and check in was smooth.

I got there at 11:00 and waited 2 hours with someone else who was supposed to be met there because we were moving in today. Well a third person came along and showed us how to do everything online the lady was not there and your hours say you're there from 9:30 till 6:00 and someone was not there for 2 hours. When I called her she said she was out on property and I cannot fathom she would be out on property for two and a half hours without checking the office or her messages which I left several and never got a return call until 4:00 that afternoon. If she was on property she remained well hidden as I drove around the whole property and found no one

We just started using this storage facility and it's very nice. It was clean, climate controlled and well taken care of. We had all our questions answered ahead of time and also when we checked in. I would recommend this facility.
