I reserved a unit online. The staff (Angel) proactively called me to set up a time to finish up the paperwork in person so that there would not be multiple people in the office because of Covid concerns. When I arrived, Jared was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable on the insurance product, which I bought, and he was very proficient and fast at getting the paperwork completed so that I could get my stuff moved in.

Most units closer in town are almost double the price. A word of warning though,, it is a little tight, especially with a large trailer. The allys are a bout 20' wide.
